Patch Notes 17/09

With this server save, we have improved NPC conversations and fixed several issues affecting dialogue, NPC availability, and quest interactions.

NPCs

• Fixed an issue where NPC conversations could expire while the NPC was still delivering queued dialogue, causing conversations to end before all messages were delivered.
• Improved NPC dialogue pacing to match the client's text display duration. The NPC will now send the next message as the previous message disappears from the game screen, resulting in smoother and more consistent conversations.
• Fixed a rare issue where an NPC could remain permanently busy after its active customer traveled or left during a queued conversation handoff.
• Fixed an issue where A Sweaty Cyclops could incorrectly offer the 45,000 gold replacement Obsidian Knife before the player had completed the Obsidian Knife quest and received their first knife.
